Chamevo is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product offered by radykal GmbH. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and how to request one.
2. Free Trial
- Chamevo offers a 14-day free trial to all new customers.
- You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the trial period expires via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
3. Subscription Billing Cycles
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance.
- Charges are typically non-refundable once a billing period begins, except as described below.
4. Refund Eligibility
We may grant refunds in the following situations:
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same period.
- Accidental Upgrades/Plan Changes: If you notify us immediately and have not materially used the upgraded features.
- Service Issues: If a verified service issue originating with Chamevo prevents you from using the service meaningfully, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe after you report it.
- Statutory Rights: If required by law (for example, EU/EEA consumers may have a right to withdraw from a digital contract within 14 days if you have not started using the paid service).
Refunds are not typically granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after renewal.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Lack of use or inactivity.
- Issues caused by third-party services, internet outages, or your own configuration.
5. Partial/Prorated Refunds
- Monthly Plans: Prorated or partial refunds are generally not available after a billing period starts.
- Annual Plans: You may be eligible for a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of the annual term and have not materially used the service. After 14 days, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may be excluded from refunds, unless required by law.
6. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at billing@chamevo.com with the following:
- Your account email and company name
- Invoice number(s) and billing date(s)
- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant details (for example, technical logs, screenshots)
We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Statutory Rights for Worldwide Customers
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law. For example:
- EU/EEA Consumers: You may have a right to withdraw from a digital contract within 14 days if you have not started using the paid service. To exercise this right, contact us at billing@chamevo.com.
- Other Jurisdictions: If local law provides additional rights, we will comply accordingly.
10. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. The updated policy takes effect upon posting unless stated otherwise.
