What's an order limit?
Each plan lets you view or export a certain number of orders during the current billing cycle. Monthly plans reset monthly; annual WordPress/WooCommerce plans use one yearly cycle.
How does the counting work?
Every time you view or export an order, it counts toward your limit—but only once per order. If you look at or export the same order many times, it still only counts as one.
When does the counter reset?
At the end of each billing cycle, your order counter goes back to zero. Monthly plans reset monthly; annual plans reset at the end of the yearly term.
Special note for WooCommerce users
An order can have several items inside. Each item in an order is counted toward your limit.
What happens if I reach my limit?
You'll need to upgrade your plan to keep viewing or exporting orders right away. Or, you can wait until your next billing cycle starts and your counter resets.
Yes. For annual WordPress/WooCommerce plans, Chamevo calculates the allowance for the full yearly billing cycle, not as a monthly reset. You get 12x the monthly amount for the year: Starter includes 600 orders and 1,200 AI credits, Growth includes 3,000 orders and 6,000 AI credits, and Pro includes 9,000 orders and 18,000 AI credits. The counters reset when the annual term renews.
Every plan comes with AI credits for the current billing cycle. Here's how much each AI-powered process costs:
- Text-to-image generation: 2 credits
- Image upscale: 2 credits
- Image background removal: 5 credits
- Virtual Try-On image: 15 credits
- Virtual Try-On video (5s/720p): 20 credits
Plan credits reset when your billing cycle renews. If you need more before then, you can purchase additional AI credits directly within your subscription.
Unlike some other product customizer solutions, we don't charge any transaction fees. So, what you sell with your Chamevo products is yours to keep.
Chamevo isn't a simple product customizer. Advanced features like 3D previews, robust AI, and deep WooCommerce integration empower our users to go above and beyond generic ecommerce shopping experiences. What's more, it's an ever-evolving, sophisticated platform that grows with your business.
As a result, Chamevo does cost a bit more than some of the alternatives. But only if you focus on your plan costs.
Chamevo charges zero transaction fees. If you're using another solution that charges 2% of, say, $2,000 of monthly sales, that's an extra $40 you have to spend. In the end, Chamevo often ends up being the best value for what you get.
During the trial period, you are permitted to add only one domain per license (subscription). However, upon payment, you can add up to five domains per license.
We understand that Chamevo isn't for everyone. Many product customization solutions oversimplify things, which is good for a lot of people. However, if you're disappointed by how little control you have over your shopping experience or how many compromises you make in the designing of your products, then you could benefit from a more advanced solution.
